These new works were created during the first weeks of the pandemic and my subsequent quarantine in New York City. They are the visual result of turning to online archives as a way to vicariously explore aspects of permanence, time, and the organic/inorganic. With museums and parks inaccessible or closed these images act as an escape to the classical and the organic viewed through the low-tech means of collage with an acknowledgment of their digital means of engagement.
